You tapped an app you added to Offimo and it opened with no pause. Work through these in order; the first two cover almost every case.
1. Check the Screen Time permission
Offimo can only pause apps while it has the Screen Time permission. Open Offimo: if the permission is missing, it tells you and offers to request it again. You can also check in the iPhone Settings app under Screen Time.
The permission can drop after an iOS update, a restore or a new phone. This article explains why.
2. Check the app list
Open Offimo and confirm the app is actually on your protected list. It is easy to add TikTok and forget YouTube. Removing an app and adding it again also refreshes the rule.
3. Check the route
If you added the app but opened the site in Safari, or the other way round, the pause does not apply. Add both the app and its domain. See blocking websites and apps.
4. Restart the phone
Rare, but a restart clears a stuck state on iOS. Open Offimo afterwards to confirm the permission is still granted.
5. Still nothing?
Write to support@offimo.app with your iOS version and the name of the app. Screen Time on iOS has known quirks, and knowing which app helps us reproduce it.
