Offimo - Mindful pause app for screen time control

What Jeff's stages mean

Jeff is the visual face of your progress. Each streak milestone unlocks a new moment in his story, from autopilot to free.

Jeff is Offimo's mascot and the most visual way to follow your progress. Every milestone unlocks a new moment in his story, from doomscrolling to a lighter routine.

The stages

  • Day 0: Jeff on autopilot. Curled up on the floor, phone beside him. Where everyone starts.
  • First pause: "Hold on..." Sitting up, hands free. The first time the pause worked.
  • 3 days: Starting to notice. Standing calmly, no phone in sight.
  • 1 week: More awake. Walking forward, head up.
  • 2 weeks: More present. Arms crossed, holding his ground.
  • 1 month: Jeff free. Jumping, both arms in the air.

What the stages are for

They make progress visible in a way a number does not. A week of small choices is hard to feel; Jeff standing a little taller is not.

What they are not

Jeff is not a judge. He does not shrink when you have a bad day, and he does not ask for perfection. He is there to show the small choices that, over time, change your relationship with your phone.

How streaks count explains the days behind each stage.
