Refund Policy

How to cancel, how to ask for your money back, and the rights you have in your country.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Every Offimo purchase is sold and charged by Apple through the App Store. That means Apple decides refunds under its own policies, but we will always help you get an answer. This page explains how, and what your local law adds.

1. How to request a refund

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • Tap “I’d like to”, choose “Request a refund”, pick the reason and then the Offimo purchase.
  • Apple usually replies within 48 hours. You can check the status on the same page.

You can also ask from your iPhone: App Store → your profile → Purchase History. If Apple declines a request that you believe your local law entitles you to, write to support@offimo.app with the date of the purchase and we will take it up with Apple.

2. Free trial and cancellation

New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial of Offimo Premium. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you will not be charged: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Offimo → Cancel.

After that, you can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the App or your Offimo account does not cancel the subscription.

3. Financial stake exit fee

The fee to end a Financial stake session early is a one-time purchase that is used immediately, so it can only be refunded by Apple or where the law requires it. You never have to pay it: finishing the session is free, and the Emergency Unlock is free and always available.

4. Focus Credits

Focus Credits are earned in the App and cannot be bought, so there is nothing to refund. They have no cash value.

5. Refund rights by country

These rights apply in addition to Apple’s policy. Full details are in our Terms of Use.

Brazil

You may withdraw within 7 days of a purchase or of the first subscription charge, with a full refund (Consumer Defence Code, art. 49).

European Union and EEA

You have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription. If you asked for the service to start immediately, you may be charged only for the part already provided. Faulty digital content entitles you to a fix, a price reduction or a refund.

United Kingdom

You have 14 days to cancel, subject to the rules on immediate supply of digital content. Faulty digital content entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

United States

You can cancel online at any time in your Apple ID settings; the cancellation stops the next renewal. State laws may give you additional rights.

Other countries

Your local consumer law applies. Write to support@offimo.app and we will help.
